Tax preparation for individuals, families, and small business owners.

Tax season can feel overwhelming — especially when life has been complicated. A new job, a side hustle, a new baby, a first home, an immigration update, or a small business: each one changes how your return looks.

Jacky prepares returns with the patience that comes from having filed his own taxes through every kind of season — from a $6-an-hour dishwasher to a business owner. You get straight answers about your specific situation, not boilerplate advice.

What we prepare

Personal & family returns (Form 1040)

Standard W-2 returns, multiple-job households, dependents, education credits, child tax credits, retirement contributions — all the everyday line items, done right the first time.

Self-employed & 1099 (Schedule C)

If you drive rideshare, do home-services work, freelance, or run a small business, your return is more complex. We track deductible expenses, mileage, home-office basis, and quarterly estimated payments.

ITIN applications & renewals

For taxpayers who aren't eligible for a Social Security Number, we prepare the W-7 application and supporting documents to obtain or renew your Individual Taxpayer Identification Number.

Quarterly estimated tax planning

Self-employed clients pay quarterly. We calculate the right amount based on your year-to-date income so you don't underpay and trigger a penalty — or overpay and lose access to your own cash flow.

Key tax dates

Filing season January – April 15

Most personal returns are filed in this window. Book early to avoid the rush.

Extension deadline October 15

If you filed Form 4868 for an extension, the extended return is due by this date.

Quarterly estimates Apr 15 • Jun 15 • Sep 15 • Jan 15

Self-employed and 1099 workers pay estimated tax four times a year.

What we'll do for you

  • Prepare federal and Florida-relevant state filings (most Florida residents file federal only — no state income tax)
  • Identify every credit and deduction you qualify for
  • E-file your return securely and track refund status
  • Maintain a copy of your return + supporting docs for at least 3 years
  • Answer follow-up questions year-round — not just from January to April
